Ocmer is one of the 10 largest industrial construction companies in Poland. We realize high-quality business premises with a steel, concrete or hybrid construction. Since its founding in 1994, we have already realized more than 1.200.000 m2 of commercial space for hundreds of clients from different sectors. Ocmer is based in Łódź, which is located in the center of Poland.
Design & Build
Ocmer offers its clients total solution packages for the design and construction of industrial buildings. We have our own architectural office and realize construction projects from design to turnkey delivery. We take care of all permits and official formalities, so that the client can focus on running his own business.

Sustainable development
Despite the challenges in industrial construction, Ocmer considers sustainable development an advantage. We separate construction and demolition waste with the utmost care. Wherever possible, we reuse materials and raw materials, thereby reducing the amount of waste with a negative impact on the environment. We limit the printing of drawings and documents to the absolute minimum. When developing a concept, we offer our clients sustainable solutions depending on the type of building and its purpose.
