Janssen de Jong Projectontwikkeling is an independent and risk-bearing project developer, particularly specialized in housing projects. From small-scale housing plans to sustainable area development or extensive restructuring. Mostly new builds, but also transformations. We are able to realize developments at our own risk and expense. From our offices in Son en Breugel, Utrecht and Hengelo, we cover a large part of the Netherlands and are always nearby.
Own identity
All our developments are given their own identity, fitting in with the unique physical and social environment of the project.
