Janssen de Jong Projectontwikkeling is an independent and risk bearing project developer, specialized in housing projects. From small-scale housing plans to sustainable area development or extensive restructuring. Mostly new construction, but also transformations. We are able to realize developments at our own risk and expense. From our offices in Son en Breugel, Utrecht and Hengelo, we cover a large part of the Netherlands and are always nearby.
Own identity
All our developments are given their own identity, appropriate to the unique physical and social environment of the project. Here, the realization of a lasting pleasant living and working environment is paramount. Of course with an eye for detail of the home or commercial building and its surroundings.
We value transparent and practical cooperation with municipalities, housing associations and market parties. It is not for nothing that we are often asked to draw up neighborhood development plans. Residents and stakeholders are closely involved. Because of our extensive network with financiers and investors, we realize projects in the owner-occupied sector as well as in the (commercial) rental sector.

Our ambitions go beyond merely focusing on the realization of energy efficient buildings and the use of environmentally friendly materials. We do not just develop for the now, but continuously look to the future of the user, the property and its environment.
We believe that you do not achieve sustainability by adding high-quality technical installations to your design ‘afterwards’. A project only becomes truly sustainable if you integrate all sustainability aspects into the design process from the very first concept. For example, by using energy economically, caring for the environment and paying attention to the health of the user. This is our guiding principle when developing schools, multifunctional accommodations, town halls, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings and homes.
