Sustainable building partner
As a sustainable construction partner, we are committed to making a positive contribution to a circular construction economy. Our vision is focused on creating a better future for the planet and the generations to come. We do this, among other things, by choosing circular or bio-based materials (Urban Mining Concrete and timber construction), reusing existing materials and with our modular projects that are remountable and detachable. This has now resulted in a Circular Award for our detachable ModuFair circular apartment complex.
Fast, affordable and circular with ModuFair
ModuFair is the modular housing concept we use to build fast, affordable and circular homes. We use modular construction, sustainable use of materials, user-oriented design and cooperation with established chain partners. The basic concept has been tested against the Housing Standard 3.0. ModuFair offers three variants: basic, comfort and residential care, with the basic variant being built with circular Urban Mining Concrete from sister company New Horizon.
