Sustainable and strong
A 3D printer is a mobile concrete printer. It pumps computer-controlled 3D mortar through a concrete pump tube to the CyBe robotic arm. 3D mortar is a special liquid masonry mortar that dries fairly quickly. Our 3D printer is used both on site and in a workplace.
In detail
A 3D model is created in advance using 3D software. On this basis, the parts are printed layer by layer equally as if printed. This is done very precisely in a predetermined form and to a certain height. By using a special 3D computer program, we guarantee that all measurements are correct in every detail and that the elements fit together. We use mortar that meets specific requirements for durability and strength.
Houses and much more
In addition to houses, 3D Concrete is able to manufacture other elements using this modern technique. For example, garden furniture (solid chairs and tables), planters, casings for electrical connections, etc. We have already experimented with this. But we can also use the 3D printer to manufacture cesspools, septic tanks, fences, street furniture, and even artificial reefs. This range of products will be further expanded in the future.
